Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked basic, got club room at first. That room has a really strong smoke smell. They got corner room on club floor.
(You need to book a higher category to get a two room suite)

How are the rooms?
Nice, not extremely big but sufficient. Well kept

How is the exec. lounge?
Very nice. Felt like heaven after a few days in Nha Trang. Professional service, attentive, good english skills, well trained, proactive, personal. This is what a club lounge should be.

Did you receive a welcome gift?
Three small containers with nuts etc, bottle of read, good size fruit basked, extra water

How was the minibar?
Not much in terms of die drinks. small bottle of white, read. Pretty minimal.

What was good and what was bad?

- Service in general everywhere in the hotel
- Club lounge

- Agraria amenities

Value for $ or Priority Club Points?
Paid rates are reasonable, especially considering the RA benefits
