Just used the BPG on a family long weekend LHR BOS in March. £240 on Travel Trolley (via Skyscanner) and £260 with BA. Claim submitted 5 mins after booking at 6pm; voucher for £160 sent within four hours (4 x £20, doubled0. I didn't have to submit screen shots but had them.
Very impressed but you really do have to read the rules carefully and a couple of pointers for others
- it was slightly worrying that to meet the BA T&Cs I actually had to input my CC details (to show the price included any 'credit card fees'). But on Travel Trolley's Skycanner site, this takes you only to a 'confirm' page. Phew.
- I thought that 'price comparison sites' weren't valid as a comparison for a refund (rightly!) but now you can actually book on Skyscanner, this is ok (it has to be a valid bookable website in the country of departure).
