You should expected to pay 16,250 Avios off peak or 25,000 Avios peak plus the difference in surcharges, so if your booking was ticketed in the US with DEN-LHR being the outbound sector, you’re looking at $50. If the upgrade applies to the inbound sector of a UK issued ticket, there is no additional surcharge to pay
