Just had this week one of the worst experiences ever w Marriott where CS didn't add my son to reservation (my app didn't work so I called CS) & hotel wouldn't let my son stay in same room (12 & under). 4 1/2 hour check in hell. Finally property moved me to a room that my son could stay with us.
I'm done.
