good call. If I had waited for every AA-booked CX redemption to ticket, before starting to plan the rest of my trip, I’d have missed out on some real bargains. Again, over 100 ticketed CX segments in the last decade or so, there’s always some hang time with AA which doesn’t mean you’re losing the seats. If you’re that worried, set up expertflyer alerts for the flights you redeemed on.
