I found out by accident today that if you print your online boarding pass in landscape mode you can fold it in thirds like a normal letter without creasing the barcode. Print only page 1 if you don't want to waste the second sheet of paper.

Once again the RR dashboard dropped my reservation more than one hour before flight time, so I had to go to the Travel Center page to check in.

At LAX I heard a Muzak version of Harden my Heart by Quarterflash. That's almost as bizarre as Rolling Stones in Muzak. These Muzak people have no sense of propriety...
