Wow what a property. I have never felt more compelled to write a positive review before. If you have the opportunity to stay here, its well worth it.

Spent three nights here the week before Christmas and my stay was flawless. I had one night booked on a cash rate, with the other two on points. Not only did the hotel link the reservations, they consistently ensured the rooms remained the same. They upgraded me initially to a spectacular room before arrival, and when SWUs cleared me to a cool corner one night and a fantastic suite the others, they switched both reservations to a fantastic suite without the need to reach out. I have never seen a hotel operate so proactively.

The property itself is incredible. Our fantastic suite was on the top floor and featured picturesque views of the mountainside. The room was, in my opinion, perfect. It featured all the amenities of a modern luxury hotel blended beautifully with the wooden motif of a cozy chalet.

The staff were all friendly and capable, and we always felt well kept after. The free shuttle service offered by the hotel is also a life saver as finding a taxi is very difficult

I can see why so many claim this is their favorite W hotel. We are already planning to return next winter
