Granted I assumed somethings especially when the OP said "Trying to see how best to maximize it's use." and why I was wondering if they use it in Hawaii as they suggested later on, what would be more important using at a C15K a night hotel or a 12K a night hotel where the rate in USD is higher then the 15K hotel Usually one would assume that the higher Cat hotel is also the more expensive $$ wise, but thats always the case, so when someone says they want to max it out do they mean in pts or $$

from the few yrs Ive been on FT almost every time it comes up, the person is looking to cash it out saving the most. Thats why Id rather use it at a Cat2 at a place I want to go to or need to go to, over say a Cat4 where i have no interest in being there. and Ive never been able to understand why anyone has the desire to so called max it out , simply for maxing it out sake.
