Upcoming flight in WTP -- seat map either missing or nonsensical?

We're traveling on BA0238 BOS-LHR on Wednesday morning (1/1). I thought I had our seats all sorted out (25J/K) -- yesterday the seat map switched from a 4-class 773 to a 4-class 772, but the seats were still confirmed and still on the seat map in WTP. A little annoyed that we'd now be right next to the lav instead of in the middle of the cabin, but for a six hour flight we'll survive.

I checked the seats again this morning, and in MMB there's now no seat map at all for our flight.

If I do a dummy booking, the seat map shows a 3 row WTP cabin starting at row 18. As far as I know, that doesn't match any planes BA flies.
The CW seat map still looks exactly like a 4-class 772 (rows 10-16).
I can't see a F seat map, but they're still selling F on our flight.

I called BA and they confirmed we're still in 25J/K and it's still in WTP -- but I'm a little nervous this is something more than a website glitch.

Does this sound like anything anyone's seen before?
