I have booked a one way ticket with Aerolineas Argentinas. I booked the Flex fair. It was a rather expensive one way ticket €180.
At the time, a small regional airport I wanted to return from did not have any flights, but Aerolineas have announced these now. A Multi city return comes in at €220 Flex versus €290 I paid fo the first Single ticket and the return with LATAM from a less convenient airport.

Is it possible to get a full refund on cancellation of a Flex fair Aerolineas Argentinas ticket? If I telephone them, would they maybe allow my ticket to be changed to a multi city rather than a single?
(Any idea about Latam too?)

My experience of Aerolineas customer services so far has not been good.... 2 hours on hold.... double charge to my account... and a 2 week response wait for an email regarding that double charge to my account.. although that's been all sorted now
