For the first flight of the day (ex: 7am) is there a standard rule in which the checkin counter and baggage drop should be open or do I have to contact Delta for each airport? Is it based on TSA recommended time to come to the airport?

If the airline chooses to open later, customers may feel rushed and cannot enjoy the lounge.
