Programs: It's hard to get status when the website won't let me book flights.

if you get upgraded SFO - YYZ on your fare it's 8 credits, if you get upgraded SFO - YYZ - YUL on your fare it's 8 credits. Consider the 2nd leg a free bonus if you get it.
