Hi, I want to apply for GE as a student on an F1 visa. The address on my passport is my home address in India. I just came back to the US and don’t plan to be back in less than 6 months. Can I proceed for Indian-side verification at the consulate instead of a PSK back home? If so, is it recommended over waiting ~8 months before even starting the process?
