Thanks. That is interesting. So far I have called 3 times with the same result. The 2nd and 3rd time the agent saw from my record that I had requested an extra seat but just reiterated the 10 days without being able to help any further. They said I would receive a call once a proice was available. I booked on Dec 21st and called the first time that day so perhaps Christmas/New Year has something to do with it. We wanted to get a price for the extra seat within the 24 hr cancellation period so that if it was not available or too pricey we could cancel and book into CE instead. The 24 hr period is obviosly well past now so we are committed to ET now regardless (unless a good priced POUG or Aup comes up).

What I can't get my head around is that it is not available to the sales agents and that every request needs to assessed by a person. In this age of computer sophistication surely that should be a sales option and not require human assessment? Ah well... what do I know
