Booked a Courtyard Deluxe Room 1 King Bed, which I got.

How are the rooms?
Very small & boring view of the neighbouring hotel.

What was good and what was bad?
My status was not recognised, what is worse, the hotel didn't even know I am an IHG member even though I booked through the official website.


I made three separate bookings (Points, Points & Cash and Cash) for 7 nights, and I sent the hotel an online message regarding these split bookings. No response at all and I rang the hotel in advance. A receptionist said it's noted and I would be able to stay in one room without switching. However, the checkin agent made keys for one night only, and didn't know the other bookings.


No upgrade, no Spire amenity, absolutely nothing.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Without combining points nights, I don't think it's worth paying $500 per night.
