Maintenance is Outside Air Canada's Control, Apparently
I submitted claims for a trip I took. The YYZ-RDU portion was delayed just over 3 hours after the first plane broke and the second one was delayed due to it also being broken. Here's the response from AC:



I suppose it's God's fault for not fixing the plane.
