Do any of you folks know of a good source of info for the publicly available transportation options around the Shiretoko in Winter? I do understand that the options will be sparse, but I'd like to figure out what sparse options exist.

One question of particular interest: is there any path from Utoro to Rausu during the time when the pass is closed? Is there any bus route that goes between them the long way?
