I’ve stayed here and it’s been consistently a poor experience. I’ve had much better experiences at the airport HR in Chicago, the other nearby Hyatt properties look much nicer and are overall better IMO.

My experiences have been pretty consistent with reviews, and there are a lot more poor reviews on other sites as well about this property.
