The hotel's dedicated website isn't live yet, but the location listing appears on Motto's website at this link with an opening of April 2020 mentioned. Property code is WASUAUA. Rooms appear to be very lightly renovated from their current form in the Pod Hotel, with a few coat hooks added as well as the rounded Motto chairs.
