Send a complaint. I had a flight crew hold a private bathroom for the crew and the pilots wives you happened to be on the plane. it didn’t solve the problem on the plane but I did get a bunch of miles thrown at me as an apology by Delta.
If it ever happens to me again, I am planning to write down the names of every flight crew who tells me that and make a point of letting them know right then that I am filing a complaint. . I’m thinking maybe that will least make them think twice
at an extremely profitable company with over 80000 employees it unfortunately won’t make a difference, they might actually get a commendation from management.
unfortunately the only way companies actually care is if it’s a) viral on the internet or b) ends up on the news
