Actually, in the flight application section of the P fares, both present and historical, the following always appears ( appeared):

IF THE FARE COMPONENT INCLUDES TRAVEL WITHIN AREA 3
THEN THAT TRAVEL MUST NOT BE ON
ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING
ANY TG FLIGHT
