Yes. Only a very lucky few get it. I got one a few years back...something around 40 segments for an extra 40k miles. I've been Plat for 5 years and only saw that promo once. Hit the high target mark so I thought I'd get it again for the following year but no such luck. Not sure how they target people to receive it.
