On level 16, massive living room, a table for 6, walk in closet, two toilets, office space
handy usb chargers at the bed and international electric output at the desk
How is the exec. lounge?
hot canapes at happy hour, friendly lady provides good alcohol drinks
Did you receive a welcome gift?
2 cards with watercolours, a french red wine, 2 bottles aqua panna water, chocolates, fruit basket
How was the minibar?
some crisps and nuts, all coca cola products, gin, wodka, skotch, bacardi
daily use of 70 SGD for RA

turn down and housekeeping were perfect
Friendly welcome arrival service at aircraft gate (inclusive for booked executive,royal, ambassador, presidential suites only)
Luggage did fit in the complimentary mercedes e-class
Suite/room was ready for early arrival but this hotel also gives out hospitality rooms

none - i usually stay at mandarin oriental singapore but switched my preffered stays to this hotel because of the RA recognition and location atop the MRT
