Morale would go down and it would take a bit of time to train new employees and for the a new culture to be established. So far the old culture of service I used to experience at the CMRI now exists at the WA.
This is quite depressing. I have had several fantastic trips here in the past 10yrs and while things got worse over that period, it seems they have dropped off a cliff in the past year. I was last here back in Nov 2108 and it was still worth it, but since then its nothing but bad news stories. I do not mind paying, but need to get value for that money.
I was planning on returning next year, but am now having second thoughts given the general expense ($$ and Time) that a trip here entails from the US
