LIS layover - 4 hour, 45 minutes - quick trip to city?

Hi all -

I've seen some posts on this topic, but I wanted to get some opinions on my specific layover in Lisbon.

I'll be traveling from IAD to FCO, with a 4 hour and 45 minute layover. Since my wife and I haven't been to Lisbon, we're hoping to make the most of the time. We'd love to see a small portion of the city and have a quick lunch. We figure that's better than just waiting in the airport lounge.

But with the time we have, is it worth the risk of not making our connecting flight?

Since I assume the details matter, here are some key points:

-We land at 11:00 AM on a Saturday morning (so hopefully no traffic concerns to and from the airport)
-We're US citizens, so we'll clear passport control along with other non-EU citizens
-Both legs of the trip are on the same ticket, so I assume our bags will be checked through to FCO without us needing to handle in LIS
-We're booked in Business class on both legs, which means a somewhat quicker de-planing experience + Fast Track security access when we return to the airport

Thanks in advance - I appreciate hearing about any similar experience!
