Chicago during Lollapalooza. Last year the Motel 6 was over $300. The HR Wacker (on the river, cat 3) is $400 plus tax right now.

That’s a horrible property. It’s completely falling apart and even if it was a Cat 2 I wouldn’t stay there. The service is almost non-existent, the food on Property is just sad as well.
Highly recommend any other non-HP properties in Chicago if that’s your destination.
