For those who remember, I would remind the event in Munich, years ago where people traveling to Germany on a tour got their visas from the Embassy of Spain because their processing time is faster and the denial rate is lower than the German embassy.
It should be obvious that this is a totally different situation. OP got his visa from the embassy of his main destination country, which is what the official advice says to do. He didn’t pick a third country he had no intention of going to just to get a faster visa / lower likelihood of denial.
