I've been waiting for credits to be returned for a failed upgrade request from a flight on Nov 26. I finally sent them a request for a refund of eupgrade credits using the form (https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/...repancies.html) on Dec 23. Will see how long it takes to process it.
