Agreed. They have no intention of changing. Presumably your company is recognizing what it perceives to be savings from the rates it obtains. But, once one adds in the extra calls, standing in line, and the minor dings, I doubt it's worth it.

Best to start the process of switching to a company that wants your company's business.
