Hilton late checkout is not guaranteed either, so it is best to read the reports on this forum to see if other people have had success at the hotel you plan to stay in.

Your Hilton membership won't be terminated with one complaint. If you really have so many complaints then you should probably stop staying at Hiltons even before they decide to terminate your membership.
