Do a search on "flying fish" within flyer talk. It is a really cool tool that allows you to build multi-segment itineraries and apply the relevant CoS bonuses.
If you are using AC only, you can download the desktop schedule which also shows the base Status miles for each segment, when you drill into a specific flight
