If your SFO flight arrives on time, and if you are relatively mobile person, you'll be fine. MCT for Domestic to International is 30 mins so this is a legal itinerary.

Obviously, there isn't much margin for error. I personally would not book such an itinerary because I hate when international trips get messed up. But many people do this everyday and most of them work out fine.
