We will spend 3 nights in Kanazawa during our Japan trip in early November, and we are thinking of staying in a ryokan there...as we are not sure when/if we return to Kanazawa, we would love best of the best experience-wise, location-wise, ambiance-wise, service-wise...any recommendations?...
