Yes you have to call to confirm -- you should be able to call right now and find out.

The RUCs take about an hour to generate in the system once you select them as a benefit. You'll get an email once processed and you'll have to call back and read off the actual certificate details from "My Wallet" -- since they won't show up natively to a phone agent for 24-48 hours -- but you can definitely use them for the flight tomorrow or upcoming JFK - SEA.
