The crew situation is very tight, particularly on the B777 which has spent the year covering for tech B787's as well as all the new routes. Sadly the training department has not been able to keep up with the greatly increased program. It will take at least a year to catch up, so expect to see wet leases and aircraft swops for some time yet.
