It is very uncomfortable, but quite frankly, not that different on LHR-TLV than it is on LHR-LCA which is only a few minutes shorter and regularly gets the 320 NEO and 321 NEO. At least, for GCH+, the 321 NEO means at least a few exit seats with good leg room, whilst on the 320, if CE goes al the way to row 12, there is no good seat in ET whatsoever!
