IC Hotels is based in London. Unlike our United States, UK does not not have a ****ed up legal system where people sue at the drop of a hat (perhaps the "loser pays" rule has something to do with that). So I don't think they run all of their promo materials by the legal department.

That being said, I didn't have any trouble understanding the plain meaning of the coupon. It would be nice if they explained how to redeem it (i.e. reserve 2 nights, separately if you want to use prepaid rate) but that is what we have FT for.
