I doubt it.
DL/NW/CO/KL have all eliminated international F.
AF has also eliminated international F (on 744 and A340) except for some of its 777 flights, which have an enhanced international F.

Back when DL eliminated International F, AF stopped F class rewards on AF for DL FF. But when DL joined Skyteam an international F reward was reinstated as a SkyTeam reward. But it could be possible that Skyteam could eliminate international F rewards with little inventory or offerings. Other forums state that folks on KE F rewards still get seated in Business.

If you are an International F passenger, SkyTeam is probably not for you. Likely best to go with Star or OneWorld.
