The 600s are brutal for longer flights due to the circa 2000 entertainment. They really need to get these aircraft fixed up with new onboard system and ovens.
As soon as the MAXs are back in service, that should happen. Compared with just the business class seat upgrade, adding the seat power, IFEC and complete economy cabin seat replacement will see the aircraft out of service for quite a while longer and subsequently too much capacity loss without the MAXs.
