If your phone call with DL was correct, it would mean that due to rollover, your 2019 MQMs "counted twice". That can't be right.
They wouldn't count twice. I earned silver with MQMs but was brought up to Gold due to a promotion. My calls with DL confirmed that since my GM status was an entirely separate thing (it doesn't end with the year it's April-March) the MQMs I earned above FO would be rolled over into the next year. It impacted my planning for EOY considerably, so I called in twice to make sure and I got the same answer.
