Wholeheartedly agree. Was stuck in EZE because of a ticketing issue. Same scenario as the OP. They claimed UA had to fix an issue, called UA, they called CM, everyone claimed to be on the same page until after the call when the CM manager in EZE said it wasn’t right on their end and refused to do anything more. Had to buy another ticket in AR the next day to get home.
