My experience with CM has been awful. I can't tell which airline is at fault, but I arrived at the airport 4 hours early. An agent didn't even appear until 3 hours before the flight. After struggling in silence to check us in for 30 minutes, the agent told us to sit down for 40 minutes while her supervisor fixed the problem. While I waited, I could see the supervisor through the glass sipping on water, chatting and laughing to a woman and her child.

Again, I don't know which airline is at fault, but the supervisor had no sense of urgency. Had he not wasted so much time, we may have been able to sort this issue out before the doors closed.
