Their reply:
Please be informed that name correction on the reservation is permitted with fee THB2,000.
However, your reservaiton has been given special authorization for name correction to PPPPPP
without fee.
TG gave a new PNR for the corrected booking.
As you may notice they also make errors in writing reservaiton....spell checker please...
As an example for one of several incidents at an Accor Pullman check in I was advised our child age 6 would be charged for breakfast whilst I had a prepaid booking "breakfast included" and company rule "breakfast is free for children under 13" because I forgot to mention the child+ her age at booking time. I made a fuzz and had to call the duty manager and make threats before they agreed to a free breakfast for the kid.
Then my wife went mad on me for daring to complain.....
