Does any one know if I close my rental & start a new one on the same day at the same Enterprise location, will count as 1 or 2 National rental credits? What if I pick up the 2nd rental at another Enterprise location instead?

I also wanted to know, if I meet my Executive elite requirements for this year, then when will my status expire? 2/2021 or 2/2022. I am currently EE till 2/2021.
