Yeah, very well could be. But the complaints are legit:

• Unless you are SE you can't reach Air Canada / AE on the phone right now in anything resembling a reasonable period of time.
• Fare classes, especially with banded fares, are an absolute disaster. I can barely keep track of what I'm buying and I did 100+ flights last year, let alone Jane Q Flying Public.

Some of us are stuck with AC given our flying patterns, but it doesn't mean you can't acknowledge the warts are real.
