I am scheduled to fly Malaga-Lisbon-Porto-LGW on 12/30. The scheduled arrive is 1210 which works perfect to visit friends in South England before flying to the US the next day.

The down side is my connecting time LIS-OPO is 45 minutes and OPO-LGW is 50 minutes. Checking flight status for the past few days AGP-LGW has been consistently late.

i am considering changing at the airport to AGP-LIS-LGW with a scheduled arrival into LGW at 1545. Checking flight status even the LIS-LGW flight is running late.

Does TAP just run late consistently. My last flight On TAP a few weeks misconnected so I am very anxious.
