Many years since I flew with KLM when I was based in GLA but always enjoyed the experience both in short as well as long haul. ^
No idea what they're like now but if the price and schedule suited me I would have no hesitation in booking with them again. I might be 'swayed' into choosing BA instead because of their reward programme but I'm certainly not loyal to them.
