There is a desk around the corner from the entrance which I initially thought was meant for these things, but every time I've been in there (20+ times now), it is rarely manned... and I've never seen anyone being assisted at that desk.
The other day I asked one of the two agents at the front door to be put on standby and they walked over to the desk and competed my request. I too have rarely seen the desk manned.
