The limit is not $8k per day, it is $8k per rolling 24 hours. That might seem like a minor difference but it becomes a pain in the rear once you get up to about 6-8 MO's a day. To get $6k a day you will likely have to visit 3 WM's for $2k at each, and the next day you will have to make sure you don't go over the $8k in 24 hours rule. For the 7th MO, if they don't require DL then it won't affect the timing. If they do require DL then the timing the next day becomes even more of a pain.
