Right, so I think's fair to say you're in the mid tier of hotels here. I would rank them as follows based on proximity, tube access and breakfast.
- Metropole (it's a big hotel, personalisation isn't going to happen here but otherwise ticks your boxes)
- Hyde Park DT (assuming you get an upgraded room)
- Hyde Park Hilton
- Olympia (poor for tube, good for bus, better than most for breakfast, some rooms aren't good though many are fine)
- Kensington (good for tube, but it's really Shepherd's Bush and some rooms there really aren't good).

I can't recall staying at the DT Marble Arch, I'm afraid, though I walked past it on Friday night. Its location is fabulous, just behind Selfridges on Oxford Street / Bond Street and Marble Arch.
